We do not guarantee that all devices listed under “compatible models” will function perfectly if used with non-standard cases, unsupported accessories or altered phone hardware.

Pricing, Payments & Promotions

All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to market conditions, supplier changes or promotional adjustments. Any discounts, promotional codes or bundle offers are subject to expiration dates and may not be combined unless our store explicitly allows it. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Shipping & Delivery

Car mounts, magnetic holders, and wireless chargers must be installed properly to avoid accidents. We are not responsible for damage to devices caused by incorrect installation, failure to use compatible cases or ignoring instructions. It is also the user’s responsibility to drive safely and avoid adjusting mounts during dangerous road conditions. We strongly discourage using phones while driving and encourage reliance on hands-free features.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BelaGoods VIDA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from product usage, delayed shipments, installation errors, device incompatibility, or customer negligence. While our accessories are designed to support and hold smartphones securely, we cannot guarantee protection against external accidents, extreme weather conditions or reckless driving. Our liability is limited solely to the purchase amount of the product in question. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring that products are used safely and appropriately.
